I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at HUB International (Chicago, IL) in Feb 2023
Interview
The interview process was honest, quick and helpful. It was two rounds. Most of the interview involved the managers truly trying to get to know who I am personally, rather than just skills I could bring to the company. Throughout the interview process, I was able to see what kind of values the company has and how much HUB truly cares for their employees!
I applied online. I interviewed at HUB International (San Antonio, TX) in May 2026
Interview
One phone interview to ensure I knew what the job was, then an in-person interview with the person that would be my boss. It was a good experience. I didn't think it was too lengthy and I felt like they were just trying to get an idea of who I was as a person.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at HUB International (Chicago, IL) in May 2025
Interview
I had 2 interviews the first was with HR and it was very informal just talked about my general experience and what made me want to choose hub. The second interview was with my team executive, also very informal and walked me through the role responsibilities. Overall, the interviewing process was very easy, it's more based on connection rather than hard skill. For my role specifically, since it is entry level, they don't have many expectations for you to know the industry.
