Feeling:
- The HR is patient and detail-oriented.
- The Manager was very polite and calm, and provided sufficient information.
- I like the well-organized and smooth process.

e.g. biggest failure, feature prioritization metrics, and so on.
An informal meeting with the line manager, their manager, the regional head, the EMEA Product lead, and HR. It’s a relaxed introduction focused on alignment, expectations, and getting a sense of the broader team and structure.
Première candidature en ligne, ensuite je pense que tous les CV et les lettres de motivations passe par une IA. J'ai eu un premier entretien mais je ne suis pas allé plus loin dans le processus.
