Interview
The hiring process at HSBC consisted of four rounds.
Round 1: Simulation Round – This was an aptitude-based round designed to assess analytical thinking, decision-making, and situational handling skills.
Round 2: Codility Assessment – This was an online coding test comprising two DSA questions of easy to medium difficulty and one of medium-hard level, focused on problem-solving and algorithmic skills.
Round 3: Technical Interview – In this round, I was asked to solve three more DSA questions, along with some discussions around my approach, time and space complexity.
Round 4: HR Interview – This round included standard HR questions related to my background, interests, motivation to join HSBC, and general behavioral questions.
