At first, following an online application in which a CV and questionnaire was filled in, I had to take the usual aptitude test in which questions were asked on how you would react to certain office events - testing the core values of HSBC
I then was invited to do a phone interview.

How have you demonstrated that you are an Open , Connected and Dependable person, citing examples for each?
basic personal information, a total of seven questions for you to record, four minutes to respond, and with only 2 attempts allowed per question, take within 30 to 40 minutes to finish.
