I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at HSBC (Leicester, England) in Mar 2019
Interview
I first sent in the application which included a scenario questionairre. Passed the telephone interview - had some f*** ups but I passed. Passed the face to face interview, suprising I was so excited and relaxed (I have anxiety problems and I don't take anything for it.) I passed part 2 of the scenario questions, passed with flying colors. I accepted their offer.

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at HSBC (Manchester, England) in Jan 2024
Interview
The interview process is seamless, with fair questions asked. Feedback is shared within two weeks of attending the interview. The questions asked are scenario-based and highly relatable to daily activities. The interview is mostly done online.
The interview process was pretty basic. The manager will ask you a lot of questions centered around customer service and your previous exposure/ experience to similar rules. They will also ask you questions which are situational to understand how you would go about those situations.
