Question 1
Q: How would you respond to a manager to thinks they know better?
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at HSBC (Hong Kong) in Oct 2017
Interview
After completing the online application form, I was informed to participate in two online test. The first one is easier, which contained mostly situational judgmental questions in the form of 4-5 videos to explain the real working scenario situations. There were also some numeric calculations but not difficult.
After being informed that I passed the first round of online test, I was invited to the second one: the job simulation. This was much more difficult, which contained more professional knowledge in asset management, portfolio construction and some calculations. The time was too limited for me to accomplish all the questions.
