i was Contacted by recruiter who set up interviews. I went on 3 separate interviews with different members of the leadership team. the background process is very meticulous. extensive background checks which encompasses drug test, credit & criminal history.

i was asked to role play getting a client appointment
Make sure you search all bank related questions online, because they will catch you off guard. I personally think "be the true self" would be enough, but a little research will help, and the bank environment will shape you to a better fit.
