language skill is important
Long technical interview. about 40 to 60 minutes long.
Process had just a Personal interview and they went to the profile once and then straight on questions. were polite and didn't rush through the process

One conversation with HR and 2 Technical interviews. All process took 2-3 months. HR are really nice and helpful. Background check is rather tedious - some external company from London would contact your previous employers.

Black Scholes, BS assumptions, some programming questions - Matlab, R. Volatility Smile. Bonds valuation. Bond Duration, Convexity. All Quant questions not so difficult if dedicate enough time for this. CFA and FRM are great help.
