In a coding assessment, the applicant must complete three coding questions within 60 minutes, progressing from easy to hard. Q1: alphabetically smallest string after deleting exactly one character, Q2: count pairs of fractions that sum to 1, Q3: cannot remember

Interview
Reveived Simulation Assessment immediately after I applied for this role. The majority of the assessment consisted of situational judgement questions, where I needed to rank possible responses from 1 to 5 based on how suitable they were for the scenario. These questions focused on problem-solving, prioritization, and decision-making in a fast-paced environment.
There were also four video-response questions. Each required recording a short answer within a limited preparation time. The prompts mainly assessed communication skills, motivation, and how I would approach challenges.
