Filled out online application. Got a call from HR in Kansas City who told me to fill out a questionnaire. When I was finished, she set me up with a phone interview with a team of engineers. Two and half weeks after the phone interview, HR called me once again to set up an office interview. One day later, I got an offer that was a little over average (still great offer).

Pretty straightforward. It was an online interview and got the offer in a week. Overall it was an easy interview. I was interviewing another firm and asked them to let me know about their decision ASAP so they moved fast.
The interview process was smooth and welcoming. The interviewer was polite, asked clear questions, and gave me enough time to explain my experience and skills. Overall, the conversation felt professional, comfortable, and well organized from start to finish.
