There is an initial round thats looks at competencies and then an actual interview on teams. Some of the questions are baffling and the process is flawed, it is a scattergun approach that does not focus on the individual and their ability to do the specific job.

was easy and different all the time, new topics asked every time. process is based on the interview kit and pack provided before test by email. practise is key, and have a good example.
