I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at HGS (Bengaluru) in Sept 2016

Interview

First, reach the location and after the meet, to HR this guy checks my resume and say you are over graduate now we don't have any vacancy.But main this if these people don't have postgraduate people requirements why they send emails quarterly to everyone. I these HR groups need to more focus on person resume.

There was three rounds of interview First was the HR round where they ask few basic questions 2nd SHL test to test your fluency in english . 3rd is the manager round

It takes week and after than i will receive email for interview . Interviewer is very good . In interview they ask how much experience do you have ? Do you have experience for call centre..?

it was good and easy to get by, wasn't much of a hassle, the coordinator was amazing and the training was good well, some topics were more practice-based but the support on the floor was great
