2 interviews, very simple. They asked for some job material on how I would handle a few tasks, how to keep track of clients, and my usage of excel spreadsheets

Tell me about a time that a client was lacking on project status updates and how did you get them back on track?
I was interviewed by the Director of Events, followed by the Director of Membership after a couple of days. The experience was pleasant. I received a follow-up to schedule an interview with the SVP and was invited to take the Predictive Index Behavioral Assessment. To my surprised, the preliminary question was a mandatory question about my age. I proceeded anyway even though I don't think it complies with EEOC

It was a Brief process. Phone call screen. Face-to-face one on one interview with boss. Mostly asked to share prior projects. I don’t know what else to say about the process.
