You start with a programming assignment which changes each cycle i believe. Mine involved reading documentation and errata to complete. After that you have an online interview and they read over your resume.
Select to second round by clearing first coding round, it was kind tough 😕. I think I will not qualify second round because it's kind of hard, looking forward to second round interview
I completed a coding challenge, then sent my resume and a cover letter. One week after I completed my application, I got a generic rejection email. I agree with another review here that HENNGE should probably have applicants send in their resume and cover letter before giving them the coding challenge, since I feel it was kind of a waste of time to spend hours just to get a generic rejection letter. I wish HENNGE respected applicants' time more.
