Begins with a simple accounting test. Basic info on exam like balance sheet, p&l and t accounts. 30 minute interview with three different people. then lunch with three current staff accountants.

2 Rounds. All Behaviorals. You first get a screening round with the recruiter. Then you have second round with a partner, a principle, and then Q&A round with a manager and an associate.

on campus, it is one on one, i was asked by 10 behavior questions consecutively without break. and the interview lasted for 30 minutes. the interview was difficult and the interviewer keep looking the clock which really stressed me. and i have to respond quickly, some questions are very tricky. the next question is related to the last question. so be prepared
