Interview
The hiring process is quite transparent. However it takes time towards the Final phase of the Interview process. For me it took around 20 days when they finally floated the offer letter. HCL has a pool of talented human resources. And so it continues. The hiring process varies from profiles to profiles and also from the kinds of recruitment; i.e, Campus, Referral etc.

Tell me something about your Work Ex? What is difference between Routers and Switches?
Basic Questions were asked about a few protocols. They asked scenario based questions after that, about how would I handle an escalation, immediate steps during outage/site down etc. Apart from that, basics of ITIL and soft skills.

Interview
It was Online interview , Interview was good. Asked few questions and then move in to the Tec questions. All the interviews held on teams. Interview held on around 25 mins
Interview process was good and smooth, Have asked to submit/upload all necessary documents all formalities were done by Recruitment team within a week. After submission of documents they rolled out the offer and joining letter.
