Interview
Was smooth and the questions asked were common. The selection criteria depends on the nature of the project/customer account (which will be assigned). If the person is already known to the team, then the interview process is just a formality
one HR call followed by 1 technical round interview
The HR call is a casual call regarding the preferences and salary.
The second round technical interview is of 1 hour duration.
Two technical and one Hr round for the salary related discussions technical taken by junior and senior and its good company for long term prepare mainly thread questions exception handling etc for the intervieqw
2 tech rounds and hr round..called by hr and 1 tech round happened and then manager tech round and finally hr round which was mainly around experience and salary discussion
