Interview
The interview was conducted on Sunday. It started with a written test. They made us wait till 4 Pm for the results and said I am selected and we are going to have a second round. After 10 mins they said the round is cancelled and we will conduct the interview next weekend. On the same sunday night I got a mail from the HCL team asking for my profile as they lost it, I've sent it. No call since then, I've mailed them but no response.
If you want to conduct interviews just for the sake of it, please don't waste our weekends for it.
As the placement process held in my campus the process went quite easy .Its Simple with introduction and project discussions and dsa quetions.they are not totally willing to take candidates of java as of now i feel and they r prefering .net pogramers

Interview
The interview process was smooth and well-organized. I felt confident throughout and was able to answer every question effectively. Though I didn’t get selected, it was a great learning experience for me.
