Technical interview of 2 rounds. BOTH telephonic rounds . Not interested in sharing role or nature of job. More focus on technical expertise than soft skills. Conversations were brief and specific to Magnolia.
They took 2 interview rounds where 1 is technical round and manageral round. Process was easy.Easy interview rounds and HR took less time to share the offer letter.Hike was less and after joining expect less hike only

Mutiple rounds of interview is kept, for SharePoint Lead, almost three rounds where taken. But durnation between all the interviews are little longer. Tested the behaviour and solution thought process
