The interview was a "panel" style interview which consisted of 2 managers, and 2 staff nurses that would work similar hours that you are applying for. Some people may think this a little intimidating but everyone was nice, polite and it seemed like we were just having a regular conversation. I had the opportunity to ask questions as well as answer questions. After the interview I had the opportunity to listen in on some calls to get a feel for the position. Overall great experience!
