I had an interview scheduled at 11:00 with a recruiter which was delayed due to the recruiter joining late. I ended up withdrawing my candidacy due to their bait and switch tactics and lack of integrity. The opportunity was listed as hybrid; however it is actually 5 day RTO, the bi-weekly pay was now monthly, and the listed salary for this role was not being honored (lack of salary transparency). It was evident that this organization's core values and mine do not align. Now I understanding why the position been vacant for 2 months. Apply at your own risk!
