I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at HCA Healthcare (Largo, FL) in Jun 2015
Interview
First a phone interview. Later on with one of the managers of Finance, which really didn't ask many question. I had to break the ice and started talking and asking questions about the company and the position. The last interview was with the staff from finance, They just asked reasons to wanted to work for the company, and previous experience.

Interview
Interview went fine, no real issues there. It was the lack of communication by the HR department that was the issue! When trying to reach out to the HR/recruiter regarding application status/next steps it was as if I had been ghosted. Multiple attempts and no answer. NOT professional AT ALL.

Interview
Initial phone screen with HR, then in person interview with 2 members of accounting group. Waited weeks for the outcome, and I even reached out to both HR and hiring managers, SILENCE from both ends until I got the form email notifying me that I was passed on.

Interview
The HR team initially reached out via email to schedule an interview. After confirming my availability, I had a virtual meeting with the VP of the finance division. The entire interview lasted less than 20 minutes, during which I was asked only two questions for less than 8 minutes, and I asked several questions back. I received a rejection within two days. Unfortunately, the brevity of the interview made me feel that my qualifications were not fully evaluated. The process seemed rushed and did not provide a comprehensive assessment of my fit for the role.
