My interview process was comprised of 4 phases: 1. Initial one-on-one with the hiring manager 2. Code challenge 3. Dev group interview/code review 4. One-on-one with larger team director I appreciated the code challenge. It was a take-home challenge and outlined a few basic requirements. Otherwise, the assignment was open-ended and allowed for some creativity.
