Initial encounter with the internal recruiter was through a 1990s era technology phone system where it was like a telemarketer dialer. Later met with people in person at a Nashville office. Very choppy communication, hiring manager indicated they had no idea who the recruiter was, etc. Incredibly unprofessional for such a large organization.
