A phone screen and a Zoom interview followed an email questionnaire. The questions were pretty standard, and the interview lasted about 45 minutes. The interview went well, and I was told I would hear back in a week or two. It has been three months since my interviews, and I still have not heard back, even though I was told they would reach out. I have followed up on multiple occasions and have been ignored and ghosted. It seems this company lacks moral values and does not respect people's time.
