Professional Interview Process I recently interviewed with Harman International and found the process to be well-organized and professional. The interviewers were knowledgeable and engaged in meaningful discussions. However, after the interview, I did not receive any feedback from the HR team despite multiple follow-ups. When I inquired about the status, the only response I received was that it was due to personal reasons. This lack of communication was disappointing and left me with an unclear understanding of my application status. Overall, while the interview process itself was positive, the lack of feedback could be improved.
