The interview process was not complicated. 3 technical rounds . 2 android , 1 java, And a short HR round The HR is very irresponsible. I had an offer from harmans and I had to delay accepting the offer for some reasons.. before accepting the offer I confirmed with hr if 3 months notice period was okey from the date then. She said carelessly it's completely fine and she would tc. I put down my papers and as days passed on, before one month she came back and forced me to join early else she would revoke my offer as the management was not ready to give me complete 3 month notice period. They were not willing to offer buy off nor accept the old notice period. They were very unreasonable.. I rejected thier offer on face for being so irresponsible on candidates notice period. Luckily my old company was ready to retain me Donot choose this company also.. as I heard there is internal layoffs currently
