Meet with individuals in the company, answer a lot of questions, tell my work history, tell my salary history (it was legal to do it then) and solder surface mount components on a flex circuit.
In person face 2 face interview which was very easy. But the company lacks professionalism in the interview process. They collect ideas and ghost candidates. So kindly be careful before sharing any big ideas for their business challenge.

Question 1
It was a 60-min face-to-face interview after which I was ghosted by the recruiter. Even after following up with them over email. The role is still open and they keep reposting it.

Interview
Interview was through teams. First round was more behavioral and talked a bit about resume. Second round was more technical and lasted 2 hours and I met with 4 members of the team.
