Interview
After submitting my application, it took about 6 days for the team leader to contact me to schedule an interview. Interview was scheduled for just under a week out and was conducted via video call on Teams. Questions were pretty standard, lasted about 30 min. I was sent an offer the following day.

Explain a situation where you had an upset customer and how you handled it?
It was very easy and the interviewer was very friendly and encouraging. Even when I didn’t exactly answer a question well they gave me some feedback on what to do when the situation actually happened.
Pretty basic, two people interview you, ask you to explain your resume and the typical questions of what you would do in xy situation. Pretty easy, not too much pressure.
Interview is usually a single virtual interview with one of two managers. The interview is about 20-30 minutes long. First it starts with simple basic questions, then moves to longer situational questions, and then ended with logistical questions like availability, pay, etc.
