Overall, the interview itself wasn't so bad, until we got to discussing training. They expect you to pay over $100 to enroll in a training course that lasts about 6 weeks. I believe it's a Mon-Fri class that lasts about 3 hours. It's too much to spend around $100 and about 15 hours weekly learning about the company before you get hired and placed on their payroll. Just pay people to be trained; our time is valuable.

They send a scheduling link. You speak with them for 30 minute and they'll get back to you with an offer. Tried reaching back out and was completely ghosted after receiving an offer.

Easy. After I finished the hours for the CTEC, I was interviewed. The interview was online through Microsoft teams. All they asked was my availability and professional experience. No hard questions. I was interviewed by the Multi Team Leader and District manger.
