An online interview where you practice then record some answers to questions they have submitted. I am still waiting to hear back from them on how I did with the interview.

They asked how I would handle a situation in the office where I disagreed with everyone else in the office over something. There is also three questions and two games you have to play.
I applied online and received a response very quickly. Had one interview where I was asked pretty basic interview questions about what I was looking for in a job. It was a part time seasonal position so the process was very lowkey.

They responded fairly quickly to my application to set up an interview. I felt a bit bombarded in compliments and they sent me an offer suspiciously quickly. Other than that, the interview was a total breeze.

Be prepared to discuss the position and what you can bring to making the job a success. You will need to be flexible and willing to extra when needed. You will be the anchor for welcoming clients .
