Interview
First you are briefly interview at one of their informational booths at a job fair. Then if they are interested they send you to their 3.5 month training course. If you pass with 80% or above they offer the tax associate position at one of their local offices. They are flexible with schedules. The salary is low, starting at $10 an hour, and you only get 20-25 hours a week.

They send a scheduling link. You speak with them for 30 minute and they'll get back to you with an offer. Tried reaching back out and was completely ghosted after receiving an offer.

Easy. After I finished the hours for the CTEC, I was interviewed. The interview was online through Microsoft teams. All they asked was my availability and professional experience. No hard questions. I was interviewed by the Multi Team Leader and District manger.

Brief conversation with the district manager—very polite and professional team. If you need a quick position, I highly recommend applying. Great experience overall and appreciate their responsiveness. That is all
