As long as you pass the class and exam(more than 80%), you have a chance to work as a Seasonal Tax Pro. The interview with District Manager was pretty easy-going. Anyway, it is more important if you could pass the exam, and for first year you basically only know very basic tax.

They send a scheduling link. You speak with them for 30 minute and they'll get back to you with an offer. Tried reaching back out and was completely ghosted after receiving an offer.

Easy. After I finished the hours for the CTEC, I was interviewed. The interview was online through Microsoft teams. All they asked was my availability and professional experience. No hard questions. I was interviewed by the Multi Team Leader and District manger.
