This was years ago, but it was a 1:1 interview with 6 other office managers. I spent about 15 minutes with each one. I interview for the job in November/December and was hired towards the middle of December right before the holidays. Most of the questions were customer service based.

I applied online and received a response very quickly. Had one interview where I was asked pretty basic interview questions about what I was looking for in a job. It was a part time seasonal position so the process was very lowkey.

Interview
They responded fairly quickly to my application to set up an interview. I felt a bit bombarded in compliments and they sent me an offer suspiciously quickly. Other than that, the interview was a total breeze.
