I attended tax preparation training class, we had a surprised visit from the district manager which interview us on the spot. Interview didn't take more than fifteen minutes. He was friendly and straight to the point.

They send a scheduling link. You speak with them for 30 minute and they'll get back to you with an offer. Tried reaching back out and was completely ghosted after receiving an offer.

Easy. After I finished the hours for the CTEC, I was interviewed. The interview was online through Microsoft teams. All they asked was my availability and professional experience. No hard questions. I was interviewed by the Multi Team Leader and District manger.
