Interview
For the first interview I was asked to go into the office to meet the hiring manager and some of the other team members I would be working with. I got on a zoom call later that evening to meet with another team member. These team members were really nice and super helpful in understanding the position more. The following week I scheduled a third interview with two executives who asked many questions and seemed friendly as well. After that interview I emailed someone in Talent Acquisitions to ask about the salary range and some general questions. He said he would get back to me and that was 6 days ago. Today I emailed asking for an update and was told they went with another candidate. For me, when I take the time to go through rounds of interviews, come into the office and take time out of my work schedule to make that happen, I would at least HOPE they had the courtesy to let me know sooner they decided to go in another direction.
Very nice. It was easy and the interviewer was very intelligent in his questioning. I felt at easy, of course later on more technical questions have been made. But this was a great experience. I recommend this company

Interview
The President at the time was very unprofessional. I was literally cursed out over the phone days after receiving my offer letter with a salary 13k lower than what we discussed. I've grown professionally since then (6 years ago) and understand my fault in the situation but the way he handled it was totally out of line. He pretty much said that I was talentless and he was doing me a favor by hiring me. This was a great display of how mean these industry folk can be especially to those struggling to get their foot in the door. Thank goodness that I was able to land a position with a better company that saw my talent, paying me 18k more than what he offered.
