Online interview that asks questions about your suitability for H‑E‑B. You’re asked to submit video responses to premade questions. If they like your answers, you’ll get called in for an in person interview where you discuss availability, goals, curbside responsibilities and how the store runs, etc.
3 rounds. First is a panel interview with other candidates. Second is a one-on-one with the department manager, who will show you around the store and department. Third is pretty much a signed off with the managers and UD.
