Interview
After applying online, I went into the store to give my resume and introduce myself. I few days later, I got a call for a phone screening, and then an interview was scheduled for the next day. I had a 1:1 interview with two separate managers. In the first interview, I was asked to look at a series of pictures and explain what I saw, the rest of the interview, and the interview with the other manager, was simple questions After the interview, I had to wait for the background check to process, which took a few days, then I went into the store, signed paperwork, and received my uniform.

Interview
The process is simple enough, its mostly a lot of STAR based questions. And the digital interview is basically the same as the in person. The questions most of the time will be identical, if not extremely similar.

I interviewed at a grocery store where the manager asked about my customer service skills and availability. The atmosphere was friendly, and I felt confident discussing my past teamwork experience.

Name a time I had to mitigate an issue with a co worker.
It was easy and straightforward. I received a call back days later and went in for an interview. The manager was very engaged and felt like a conversation. I was called a week later to being my onboarding process.
