Came in for the interview and got hired on the spot. It was about 30 minutes long, and we talked about the job and all the requirements. Not bad at all.

Question 1
What would you do if you encounter an angry customer?
3 rounds. First is a panel interview with other candidates. Second is a one-on-one with the department manager, who will show you around the store and department. Third is pretty much a signed off with the managers and UD.
