When you apple I waited about 2 weeks before I was offered an interview over the phone but my second interview was really fast. I had my phone interview on a Friday and got called back for a second interview on Monday

Interview
The interview process was fairly easy. I first had a phone interview screening with the head of HR in the Houston location. The second interview was with the LP manager and they just asked me about my experience and my overall background.
