I had two back-to-back interviews. The first day was late by five minutes, and when I tried to lighten the room by fitting a light job, she was so unamused. The second interview started during my first one, and she was at the airport interviewing me while people in the background walked past the video chat. Neither ladies seemed interested in being there. The best part of the interview process was the recruiter who contacted me via LinkedIn, Gina. She was terrific and full of energy!
Very quick process, one recruiter interview and the onsite that has 3 interviews the same day. Recruiter interview went well and taught me a lot about the culture at Gusto
Very easy and straightforward 2 step interview first round with manager second round with manager and a colleague already on the team . Both on zoom after that you wait to see if you got an offer
