Reached out to the hiring manager after finding her LinkedIn post.
There were 3 main steps in the process. The first was a recruiter call-pretty standard HR questions, aced through it pretty easily. The second was the take home test based on actual customer dataset, this test took longer than usual take home tests as the dataset had so many errors and mistakes that had to filtered before performing analysis and on top of that we also had to make a presentation and the entire process took me close to 6-8 hours. The final step was the on-site with the team, had conversations with everyone from the Hiring Manager to the Org Director and one very interesting Watermelon Interview before presenting your take home test to a bunch of people.
Overall felt like the process went well though I didn't get the offer. The most disappointing part for me was when the recruiter's final e-mail didn't have any feedback and said this -"Although we know you may desire further assessment of your interview performance, we cannot provide any feedback regarding interview outcomes." After spending 6-8 hours on a take home test and flying out to Denver taking 2 days off from work to meet with the entire team, the least you guys can do is give some constructive feedback to help the person. So much for a company that prides itself on having the best culture!!
