Starts with initial phone interview. Possible assessment depending on role before onsite or during onsite interview accompanied by an interview with your potential manager and a member of a different team.
Gusto interview process was straightforward. I had an interview with the hiring manager and then an interview with a team member. Everyone was so kind and helpful. Seems like they have an awesome culture with the company/ team.

Interview
Had a phone screening with the hiring manager. Literally felt like i was talking to a robot. Knew i wasnt going to have a second interview after talking to him. Made me happy i wasnt going to the next round.
