An initial HR screening phone call followed by another call with a member of the team. These were followed by a final round of in-person interviews with several members of the company.

Interview
Met during a career fair, applied online, worked with an internal recruiter, completed a take home assignment and was invited to an on site interview. This was the final step of the interview process. I met with about 3 different people who interviewed me. They all focused on slightly different areas. Everyone was very nice but when it was time to hear back I was ghosted. I had an offer elsewhere and told them I needed more time to hear back from Gusto. Apparently the recruiter went out of town and they did not give any other contact information.
