      HR Executive Admin Cum Interview

      22 Jun 2022
      Anonymous interview candidate
      Kuala Lumpur
      No offer
      Positive experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at GuruLab (Kuala Lumpur) in Jun 2022

      Interview

I applied to this job on LinkedIn and get response from GuruLab staff Vicky Tan. She said she would do a call to discuss my expenses. I joined the interview 10 minutes late because of misunderstanding of interview invitation she sent me. She clearly stated that she would call and didn’t mention about a Microsoft video meeting call. Hence I waited her phone call, and then she messaged me on LinkedIn that they started the call and I joined 10 minutes late. Anyway the interview started and ended in 5 minutes later after I introduced myself and begin to tell about my work experience. When I asked her whether I could continue she didn’t interested to hear and replied that they are looking for a suitable candidate for the particular position. My question is why would you make an arrangement with people if they’re not suitable for your position in the first place? Did you really read my CV or just say that you’re impressed with my experience? Don’t waste your time with this employer. She’s very rude and unprofessional.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

No questions were asked by Vicky Tan Gurulab founder. She and team ended the interview because they are looking for more suitable candidates.
