I got selected for this interview through my school's Co-Op program so it was a simple case of them sending me the time and address for the in-house interview.
The interview was fairly casual at around 1 hour in length, done at the lunch table near where other employees were working.

Interview
I sent my resume and I received an email scheduling for a phone interview. The phone interview lasted 30 minutes and I was asked very technical questions, much like a quiz. I was informed that I will receive an email if I should come over for the personal interview or if I didn't get that far.
