Two interviews by team online. Asked me at one point why I wanted to work there as they felt I had a better job now. One geologists said he was envious of my current position and would trade with me.

Question 1
Just understanding if you fill the basic requirements of the job. Emphasis on Reserves, Budgeting, and Planning
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Gulfport Energy (Edmond, OK) in Jan 2017
Interview
Applied online and was rejected, then had a former co-worker who works at the company offer to send my resume directly to the hiring manager. I was emailed the next day, came in for an interview that I thought went really well. We had pleasant small talk, discussed my previous experience. I sent an immediate thank you to the department manager and followed up twice after 3 weeks, then 5 weeks. It's been 3 months and I've received no response whatsoever and the job is still listed online. For this size of company, I would at least expect a yes or no, even a generic rejection email would do.
