Complete Online Application. Then I was emailed by Supervisor and scheduled phone interview. When I called, because no one called at scheduled time, the Supervisor forgot about the interview. On that call I reviewed experience and I shared current salary, asked to come in and did meet with 2 Ladies and had an uncomfortable meeting and asked to complete so much paperwork, feeling positive about the fact that the offer would be at least what my current salary was, I felt like this was a complete waste of time, when offer letter was emailed and rate of pay was significantly less than current salary. I use to feel that GCJF was a cut above the other agencies and was excited initially to join the team. My limited experience has changed my mind.

Throughout the process and at the in person interview I mentioned my current salary and when the offer was 10k less than what I was making, I was surely disappointed and felt like they didn't look at any of my expectations.

Super easy interview. Very laidback, I felt like I was just having a normal conversation rather than interviewing for a job. My interview team was quick to answer questions if I had them which was also really nice and not very common in my experience. It usually feels like the employer did not prepare to answer questions because they are asking them, I did not feel that way about this interview.

Great, easy interview process. I enjoyed speaking with HR and those interviewing me through zoom. Many open-ended questions were asked regarding previous experience in job roles as well as life experience.

Interview was quick and they hire you same day if they want you. They have one Manager or director with one recruiter asking questions, it was over the phone approximately about one hour. They ask you how do you feel about traveling around Florida in your car to pick up client or provide home visits, and how you feel about being on call from weekends to 2 am.
