This began with a basic CV and cover letter. Then initial interview was with one of the partners and a director- this was about an hour long and was over teams. It was a much more casual process of assessing my CV- I was given lots of opportunity to ask questions. They intended for the second interview to be in-person however were not able to get the second interviewers availability so this was also via teams. This was with a separate director and solicitor- it felt slightly more formal and was related to professional conduct, understanding of what I wanted to get out of the internship.
