I applied online. I interviewed at Guidepoint in Aug 2012
Interview
The manager tried to do a consulting scenario style interview to ask about process you would use to research a specific thing. He seemed like an inexperienced interviewer. After he asked a seemingly consulting style, open-ended question, he started asking leading questions to get a certain answer. The HR person indicated that she thought the hiring manager was weird. I got the impression that the social dynamic was a bit "off" or dysfunctional in this company.

Question 1
How would you research a technology product supply chain?
I thought the initial call went well and then they never contacted me again. Very unprofessional of them in my opinion, at least reject me rather than ghosting me. It sounded like a cool job too.

Question 1
What is your experience preparing research reports?
Applied by LinkedIn and received the call from the recruiter in a few days. Then a recruiter asked me a simple question like where do I live, and when is the best time for in-person interview.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Guidepoint (New York, NY)
Interview
Brief Phone Call/easy behavioral questions. Then an in-person interview in New York with 6 different people. All very Friendly people who weren't there to make you nervous. they all asked variations of the same questions
